Ripe umes that have been matured to the last minute are deep-frozen to contain the freshness, and puree with flesh is blended with one-year-aged umeshu.
It features a smooth mouthfeel of fruity ume puree, moderate sweetness, and a refreshing aftertaste with acidity.
