Only 12,000 bottles of this limited edition French oak-barrel aged umeshu are produced worldwide.

It’s aged for over 3 years in a tank dedicated to umeshu. Next, it is kept in French oak barrels for another 2 years. A truly valuable authentic umeshu that has been aged for a total of 5 years or more.

Rich and complex flavours, with a taste of almonds complemented by the taste of ume fruit. Aged in the French oak barrel, it has a smoky taste that will linger on the tongue.
A recipient of the International Spirits Challenge (ISC) Gold Award for two consecutive years (2016 and 2017).

Ways to enjoy: 

Neat, chilled or on-the-rocks. Excellent as an after-dinner drink.
