An authentic, traditional-style umeshu that is matured for two to three years, giving you a richer and deeper taste of ume.

Sweetly seductive with a smoky aroma followed by notes of almond and marzipan that is balanced with tartness from the ume fruit.


Ways to enjoy: 

Straight up chilled, on-the-rocks, with soda or hot water, in cocktails. It can be consumed before meals to stimulate your appetite; after meals as a desert; before bedtime for a good sleep.
